At Bark BBQ, we stand behind the quality of our products.

• Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund or exchange.
• Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened treats, chews, food, frozen products, or other consumable pet products.
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We'll make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
• Clearance, seasonal, and special-order items are final sale.
